Therefore, TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement for the payment of this booking. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.

Terms and Conditions

Trips Albania is a tourist operator and destination managmet company that offers Tours throughout the year. The company supports its work in a highly professional staff and with considerable experience in the field of tourism.

 

GENERAL CONTRACT WITH THE CLIENT

LEGAL BASIS

VKM nr. 65, dated 21.1.2009, "On package travel contracts".

Law no. 9902, dated 17.4.2008, "On Consumer Protection" as amended.

Law No. 9734, dated 14.5.2007, "On Tourism".

Law no. 7850, dated 29.07.1994 "Civil Code of the Republic of Albania" as amended

 

DEFINITIONS

"Contract" means the agreement between the customer and the organizer and / or retailer in which the consumer is obliged to pay a certain inclusive price against the travel package provided by the organizing party.

"Tour" means the service that provides the customer with a pre-designed combination of one or more activities.

"Agency": Registered legal person who carries out the activity of providing tourist packages for sports or cultural activities for clients, in exchange for payment.

"Reservation" means the storage or ordering of a tourist product such as travel, accommodation or tour package by the agency, upon customer's request.

"Confirmation" means a) verification of the availability of a reservation, or b) the final settlement by which the client pays the obligations to the agency and the agency permanently stores the reservation of the client.

"Refund" means the amount of money the agency is required to pay back to the customer in case of non-performance of the agreement for its fault or in the cases provided for in this document.

 

Once 'Trips Albania confirms your booking a contract is made between ‘Trips Albania’ and you upon the terms and conditions set out below. ‘Trips Albania’ hereinafter referred to as ‘We’, will only confirm your booking once we have received full payment for your tour.

 

Once full payment is made you will be allocated a place/places on the particular tour and a confirmation emailed to you. This is your confirmation of booking. This should be printed and saved for own reference. Once you begin you tour, you accept and abide by these terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility for incorrect email or inability to deliver email. If your confirmation does not arrive on time or at all, then you must ask us to resend the email confirmation of the tours you have paid for. All internet bookings will be confirmed by email. We reserve the right to sell any places reserved without full payment or a deposit. It is the responsibility of the passenger to check the accuracy of dates booked upon receipt of their tour documents and or e-tickets

 

AGENCY

Obligations of the agency:

- The agency staff is obliged to explain all the offers for which the client expresses interest. The agency staff is obliged to respond, within official hours and in the manner agreed upon, to any questions or uncertainties of the client.

-  The staff of the agency shall be obliged to provide the consumer, in writing or in any other appropriate form, before the conclusion of the contract, general information on the requirements and information on health formalities, travel and stay.

- Travel insurance: Health insurance is not included in the package price, unless otherwise stated. In any case, the client will be advised of the necessity of the insurance covering the costs of assistance including repatriation, accident or illness.

- The agency staff is obliged to explain the procedure to be performed in order to enable the activity according to the client's requirements as well as the necessary documents that the client has to submit to the agency.

- The agency's staff is obliged to better respond to the customer's needs with regard to hotel reservation, transportation etc. If the customer has chosen to accept one of the packages prepared by the agency, then the agency staff will only be responsible for the services contained in the package.

-  The Agency declares that it is responsible for any bids advertised on the websites www.trips-albania.com, the brochures and catalogs produced by it, as well as any offers advertised by the agency staff.

 

Cancellations

The Agency shall not be liable in the event of a travel cancellation due to force majeure, natural causes, popular protests or war status announcements at the destination selected by the client as well as any incident occurring due to such reasons. The solution will be found by agreement between the agency and the client.

 

Both the cancellation and the refund, will be processes that must be carried out by means of electronic mail, both applications will have a particular follow-up which is established as follows:

 

The cancellation will be subject to meeting the criteria set forth or for the consideration of Trips  Albania, taking into account the following:

 

- Cancellation up to 48 hours before the activity, full refund.

- Cancellation reasons may apply for a maximum of 72 hours after the reservation is made.

- If the person does not show up or is late - there is no refund.

- If you decide to cancel within 24 hours before the start of your tour can not be refunded, we accept change of day, but there will be no refund. Subject to availability.

- In case of death, the tour can be canceled through the spouse or guardian who must present the death certificate. Said act must precede the reserved activity, otherwise it cannot be justified.

- We may reserve the right to cancel a Client's booking for a full refund in case of: force majeur, bad weather and not meeting the minimum number of partecipants

- Tours that have been booked cannot be canceled and re-booked when they have been made under any special offers. This applies to all private or special events and other special offers that are available.

 

 

Changes

Client/s can change the date of the Tour to another date (subject to availability). You have permission to do this until 48 hours before your Tour, and it is entirely at the discretion of the administration of Trips Albania.

 

In case of proper Justification (important circumstances)

 

For cancellations as well as changes, a 5% charge is made for administrative and bank management, it is essential to remember that after three days of the charge we cannot return the money directly, should you wish after 72 Hours of reservation the return of your money, you must manage it through your banking institution which, if you proceed, can be processed 28 days after the notification.

 

The cancellation or change of your reservation must be in writing or by e-mail with attention to Trips Albania, the mail to which it should be sent, should be: info@trips-albania.com.

 

Changes by Agency:

We reserve the right to change our itineraries tours, at any time and at our discretion due to bad weather or safety issues that may arise from bad weather or harbor master closing ports and bays (port captain federal authority). As professionals we will endeavor to avoid this and if this is necessary, we will substitute alternative arrangements of comparable monetary value. We reserve the right to decrease the price of our tours at any time. At certain times of the season our fleet may not be large enough to accommodate all passengers. In such an event we reserve the right to contract quality private motor coaches to assist us in carrying passengers. In this case a Trips Albania guide will be provided and the standard of the vehicle will be equal. We will endeavor to avoid this situation. We reserve the right to launch amended brochures, and surveys as well as media to our social channels in the public domain at any time.

 

CLIENTS

Customer rights

- The client has the right to benefit from the offer according to the information provided by the agency staff.

- The client has the right to request detailed information on tourist packages during agency hours of work, in the ways of contact specified by the agency.

 

Client Obligations

- The client is obliged to pay the payments according to the agreement agreed with the agency.

- The client is obliged to appear at the place of departure on the date and time appointed by the agency.

- The client is obliged to provide the number of participants on the trip, whether he is responsible for them or whether it is a group trip.

- The customer is obliged to behave correctly and according to the laws and ethical norms of the place where the activity is organized, according to the organizer's instructions. The customer is obliged to compensate the organizer for any damage resulting from disrespect of this obligation.

- The client is obliged to determine whether to take pets with himself.

- The client is obliged to determine whether he or she will be in charge of the juvenile. For juveniles traveling without the presence of both parents, parenting is required.

-The Client is obliged to notify any non-fulfillment of the tourist package contract, which he distinguishes in the country, the service provider concerned and the agency.

- If the customer waives the contract for exceeding the above deadline then he is obliged to compensate the agency for the expenses incurred under the terms set for the cancellation deadlines.

 

Payment Method

- Cash in the Agency's offices.

- By Visa or Mastercard or American Express credit card, VPay and Maestro Debit Card at the office.

- By Visa, Mastecard, American Express credit or debit card, Google Pay and Dinner Club on our website.

- By bank transfer to the agency account. In this case, the client is obliged to send by fax or e-mail a copy of the bank payment bill.

- Banking Commission: In the case of credit card payments, the commission is paid by the agency. Otherwise, if the payment is done by card in the office, the commission is paid by the customer depending on the bank. In case of cash payment, there is no commission to pay by the parties.

 

COMPLAINTS

- The customer has the right to complain to the organizer for any non-performance of the contract within 10 days of the end of the trip. (Including here the client's obligation to immediately notify the contract).

- The organizer is obliged to review the complaint and respond within 20 days from the receipt of the complaint.

 

DISCLAIMER OF DISPUTES

In case of dispute with the client, the agency will make every effort to reach an agreement with the customer quickly.

 

THE RIGHT OF THE AUTHOR

"Trips Albania " declares that the online page www.trips-albania.com are her property. The Agency is responsible for any material reflected on the site.
